Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan PT.Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Kebon Sirih. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Population in this research is 80 employee of PT.Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Kebon Sirih. The sample used is 80 employee. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The metods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using SPSS. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
