Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Technology, Education and Training, Corporate culture on Employee Performance Improvement at PT Bank Permata. This research uses data from questionnaires from all front employees of Bank Permata Jakarta. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis (1) Technology has a significant influence on improving employee performance. This is indicated by the results of multiple regression tests, namely employee performance influenced by technological factors of 52.8%. While the remaining 47.2% is another variable that can affect employee performance, (2) Education and training have a significant influence on employee performance. . This is indicated by the results of multiple regression tests, namely employee performance influenced by education and training factors of 57.3%. While the remaining 42.7% employee performance is influenced by other factors, (3) Corporate culture is known to have an influence on improving employee performance. This is indicated by the results of multiple regression tests, namely employee performance influenced by corporate culture factors of 56.7%. While the remaining 43.3% employee performance is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Technology, Education and Training, Corporate culture, Employee Performance Improvement. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teknologi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Corporate culture terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Permata.Penelitian ini menggunakan data hasil kuesioner dari seluruh karyawan frontliner Bank Permata Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis (1) Teknologi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditandai oleh hasil uji regresi berganda yakni kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh factor teknologi sebesar 52,8%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,2% merupakan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, (2) Pendidikan dan pelatihan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditandai oleh hasil uji regresi berganda yakni kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh factor pendidikan dan pelatihan sebesar 57.3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42.7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, (3) Corporate culture diketahui memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.Hal ini ditandai oleh hasil uji regresi berganda yakni kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh factor corporate culture sebesar 56.7%. Sedangkansisanya sebesar 43.3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Corporate culture, Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan.
