Abstract
This research is to know the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, working stress on turnover intention. Respondents to the research were employees of PT. Bank Jtrust Indonesia TBK. This study was conducted against 87 respondents using a quantitative approach. The analysis used is statistics in the assosiatif. The data analysis used is structural equation modeling. The results of this research show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant, the organizational commitment has a negative and significant, the stress of work has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Working Stress, turnover intention. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 87 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik dalam assosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
