Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at Korindo Group Jakarta. The population in this study were 500 employees. The number of samples in this study were 83 employees. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. R�Square (R²) value of 0.926 and interpreted that the variability of the construct of job satisfaction that can be explained by the variables studied was 92.2% while 7.8% was explained by other variables not examined in this model. The results of this study prove that transformational leadership, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Korindo Group. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Korindo Group Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 500 karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Nilai R-Square (R²) sebesar 0.926 dan diinterprestasikan bahwa variabilitas konstruk kepuasan kerja yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang diteliti sebesar 92,2% sedangkan 7,8% dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
