Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on OCB, the influence of organizational commitment on OCB. The effect of job satisfaction on OCB employees at the Directorate of Primary School Development, Ministry of Education and Culture and the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously on OCB employees at the Directorate of Elementary School Development, Ministry of Education and Culture. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. From a population of 155 Civil Servants (PNS), 112 PNS people met the criteria of being sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work satisfaction together (simultaneous) significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Partially transformational leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB pegawai pada Direktorat Pembinaan Sekolah Dasar, Kemendikbud dan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap OCB pegawai pada Direktorat Pembinaan Sekolah Dasar, Kemendikbud. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Dari populasi 155 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), 112 orang PNS memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Secara parsial kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
