Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, organizational commitment and leadership style on turnover intention. Population in this study were 110 employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta Branch 2. The sample used is 90 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the Job Stress variable has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Leadership style has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Jakarta 2. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 90 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Turnover Intention
