Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of career development, work discipline and competence on employee performance. This research was conducted in Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. The object of this research is all employees of Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. This research was done to 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Method analysis in the form Partial Least Square. The results of this research shows that work discipline of positive and significant work on employees and competence has a positive and significant on employees of Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. Related, the career development is not comparable with performance. Keywords: Career Development, Work Discipline, Competence, and Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karyawan Badan Layanan Umum Lemigas. Sedangkan pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Kinerja.
