Abstract

This research is focused on leadership style and job satisfaction at PT. Artha Jaya Toner, the purpose of this research was to examine the effect of leadership style on employee work satisfaction PT. Artha Jaya Toner. The research approaches used are quantitative approach with survey method (questionnaire). Respondents used in this research are amounted to 40 people. The result of the research show there is a significant influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, the leadership style contribute 24% to the job satisfaction of PT. Artha Jaya Toner. Keywords :Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini difokuskan pada gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Artha Jaya Toner, dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Artha Jaya Toner. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei (kuesioner). Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi sebesar 24% terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Artha Jaya Toner. Kata Kunci :Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja
