Abstract
This research is to test and analyze the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and stress on turnover intention. The research method is linier regression analysis. In the analysis phase, validity test and reliability test, linear regression analysis, ttest, F-test and coefficient of determination with SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions) version 24.0 for Windows application are available. It aims to test the independent variable on the dependent variable. This method is also used to obtain the result, the datas is valid and reliable in order to be found and proven to be developed so that knowledge can be used to understand, solve and anticipate problms in the organization. Through the F-test result obtained information that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stress together have a significant effect on turnover intention on PT XYZ. Based on the results of t-test that partially of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stress significantly influence the turnover intention. Keyword : job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik analisis linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions) versi 24.0 for Windows. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Metode ini juga digunakan utnuk mendapatkan hasil, data valid dan reliable agar dapat ditemukan dan dibuktikan agar dikembangkan sehingga pengetahuan yang dapat digunakan untuk memahami, memecahkan dan mengantisipasi masalah dalam organisasi. Melalui uji F diperoleh informasi bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan stress kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention di PT XYZ. Berdasarkan hasil uji t ditemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
