Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the employee performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Jatinegara Jakarta Branch. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Jatinegara Jakarta Branch. The population in this study were 55 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 55 employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Jatinegara Jakarta Branch. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline has t-statistic as big as 3.229 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has tstatistic as big as 2.029 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work environment has t-statistic as big as 2.992 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Jatinegara Jakarta Branch. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Cabang Jatinegara Jakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Cabang Jatinegara Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 55 pegawai PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Cabang Jatinegara Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja memiliki nilai t-statistik sebesar 3.229 yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja memiliki nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.029 yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.992 yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.
