Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Stress, Work Environment, and Workload on Turnover Intention studies at PT Nusantara Alam Bahari using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained from 64 respondents who are employees of PT Nusantara Alam Bahari. Data analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which processes measurement tests and structural tests and research hypotheses. Based on the results of data processing and data interpretation on each variable, it can be concluded that the results of the study that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Nusantara Alam Bahari, work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Nusantara Alam Bahari, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Nusantara Alam Bahari. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Workload and Turnover Intention. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention studi pada PT Nusantara Alam Bahari dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat dari 64 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. Nusantara Alam Bahari. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang melakukan pengolahan uji pengukuran dan uji structural serta hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan interprestasi data pada masing-masing variabel dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian bahwa Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Nusantara Alam Bahari, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Nusantara Alam Bahari, Beban Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Nusantara Alam Bahari. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Turnover Intention
