Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on the work productivity of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The population in this study were 86 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 86 employees of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work motivation have a positif and significant effect on work productivity, organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Productivity Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 86 karyawan PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya.
