Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 276 employees of LEMIGAS. The sample used was 163 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Work Stres, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Performance, Employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 276 pegawai dari LEMIGAS. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 163 orang pegawai, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai.
