Abstract
This research aims to analyze and test the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. In this research, This research uses a quantitative method. This research was conducted at the Kantor Pertanahan Nasional Kota Tangerang with a population of 49 civil servants with a sampling method using saturated samples. Method of collecting data using a survey method, with a questionnaire as the research instrument and data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to fully mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance. And work motivation is able to fully mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Work Motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Tangerang dengan populasi sebanyak 49 orang pegawai negeri dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan intrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja mampu memediasi penuh pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
