Abstract
High turnover rates often result in companies losing qualified employees and reducing company productivity. PT Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia is one of the companies that is actively trying to reduce the turnover rate. Based on data from 2019 to 2023, the employee turnover rate at PT Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia has increased. The highest increase occurred in 2023 which reached 14.17%. The high turnover rate stems from dissatisfaction that causes employees to seek other opportunities, known as turnover intention. Based on this problem, researchers are interested in analyzing the phenomenon of turnover intention using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. With a population of all employees of PT Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia, the sample consisted of 59 respondents selected using the saturated sample method. The results prove that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, and Employees of PT Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia Tingkat turnover yang tinggi seringkali mengakibatkan perusahaan kehilangan karyawan yang berkualitas dan menurunkan produktivitas perusahaan. PT. Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berupaya secara aktif untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover. Berdasarkan data dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023, tingkat turnover karyawan di PT. Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2023 yang mencapai 14,17%. Tingginya tingkat turnover berawal dari ketidakpuasan yang menyebabkan karyawan berniat mencari peluang lain, yang dikenal sebagai intensi turnover. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, peneliti tertarik menganalisis fenomena intensi turnover menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner, serta dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Citra Wahana Tirta Indonesia, sampel terdiri dari 59 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover.
