Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and organizational commitment on Turnover Intention with work stress as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Multidaya Technology Nusantara (eFishery). This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 170 people, namely all employees of PT. Multidaya Technology Nusantara (eFishery). The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method of 119 people. The results of the study show that Work-Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Work-Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on Work Stress. Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Job Stress. Work Stress positively and significantly to Turnover Intention. Work stress has an effect on mediating the relationship between worklife balance and turnover intention. Work Stress has an effect on mediating the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Turnover intention. Keyword : Work-life balance, work stress, turnover intention and organizational commitment Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-life balance dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention dengan stress kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Multidaya Tekhnologi Nusantara (eFishery). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 170 orang yaitu semua karyawan PT. Multidaya Tekhnologi Nusantara (eFishery). Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling sebanyak 119 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Work-Life Balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja. Stres Kerja secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Stres Kerja berpengaruh memediasi hubungan antara Work-life balance dan Turnover intention. Stres Kerja berpengaruh memediasi hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi dan Turnover intention.
