Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio on company value in real estate property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research time period used was 6 years (2017-2022). The population used in this research was 15 companies. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method. So 90 observations were obtained. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with panel data regression analysis. With the help of E-wies 10 software. The results of this research partially show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on company value, while the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on company value. Keywords: Current ratio (CR), Return on assets (ROA), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahan pada perusahaan sektor property real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode waktu penelitian yang digunakan adalah 6 tahun (2017-2022). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sehingga diperoleh 90 observasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi data panel. Dengan bantuan software E-wies 10. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci: Current ratio (CR), Return on assets (ROA), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Nilai Perusahaan
