Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Behavior and work motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The population of this study were employees of several financing companies in Jambi City, with a total sample of 230 workers. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model operated using AMOS software ver.22.0 windows 11. The results of the study found that Leadership Behavior had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of financing companies in Jambi City. The results of the study found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of financing companies in Jambi City. financing in Jambi City, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Finance company employees in Jambi city, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Finance company employees in Jambi city, job satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating effect between Leadership Behavior on company employee performance financing in the city of Jambi, job satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating effect between work motivation on the performance of employees of financing companies in the city of Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan beberapa Perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 230 orang pekerja. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model dioperasikan menggunakan software AMOS ver.22.0 windows 11. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh mediasi secara positif dan signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi, Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh mediasi secara positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Jambi.
