Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of dual role conflict, work stress and work discipline on the performance of female employees in the pharmacy unit of Pasar Minggu Hospital. The population in this study were 32 female employees in the pharmacy unit of Pasar Minggu Hospital. In this research, a saturated sampling technique was used. Saturated sampling refers to a sampling method where all members of the population are included as a sample. The data collection method is a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research proves that dual role conflict has a negative significant effect on the performance of female employees, work stress has a negative significant effect on the performance of female employees, work discipline has a positive significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di unit farmasi RSUD Pasar Minggu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan wanita di unit farmasi RSUD Pasar Minggu. Dalam penelitan ini, digunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh merujuk pada metode penarikan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi diikutsertakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita, Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
