Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of the Contract Work System (Outsourcing), Organizational Commitment, and the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Bumi Karang Picung. The population in this study were 40 employees of PT Bumi Karang Picung Gedung GPO TVRI. The sample used in this study were 40 respondents. The sample used in this research was 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. With analysis using a causal quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is SPSS. The variables in this research are independent, Contract Work System (Outsourcing), Organizational Commitment and Work Environment and the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The research results show that the Contract Work System (Outsourcing) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has no effect on Employee Performance, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Contract Work System (Outsourcing), Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Kerja Kontrak (Outsourcing), Komitmen Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bumi Karang Picung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT Bumi Karang Picung Gedung GPO TVRI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif kausal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah independen yaitu Sistem Kerja Kontrak (Outsourcing), Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkugan Kerja serta variabel dependennya yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sistem Kerja Kontrak (Outsourcing) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
