Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational trust on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The research method employed is a descriptive quantitative approach with independent variables including leadership (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and organizational trust (X3), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population of this study consists of 55 employees at PT. XYZ. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a saturated sample method, where the entire population (55 employees) is taken as the sample. Data collection techniques in this study involve interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The analysis method utilized is a component or variance-based structural equation model, with data processing conducted using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ, and organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ.. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Trust, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel independen meliputi kepemimpinan (X1), komitmen organisasi (X2), dan kepercayaan organisasi (X3), sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 55 karyawan di PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi (55 karyawan) diambil sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah component atau variance based structural equation model di mana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ dan kepercayaan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
