Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and workload on employee performance at PT Integritas Dinamika Indonesia. Research design using a sample of clauses with a total of 50 employees, the analysis was carried out quantitatively by collecting a questionnaire method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as an analysis method and Smart – PLS is used as an analysis tool. This study proves that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Integritas Dinamika Indonesia. Desain Penelitian menggunakan sampel klausal dengan jumlah 50 karyawan, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
