Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of reward, punishment and work motivation on the sales performance of CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. The subject of this research are all employees who work at CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. The population in this study were 78 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 78 employees of CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a SmartPLS analysis tool. The conclusion of this study show that the variables of reward have a positive and significant effect on sales performance, punishment have a positive and significant effect on sales performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance of CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Work Motivation, Sales Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward, punishment dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja penjualan CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 78 karyawan CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan, punishment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan pada CV Sukses Jaya Mandiri.
