Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kemanggisan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan komunikasi organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 64,7% dan sisanya 35,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.This research is to know the influence of organizational communication and leadership style on performance of employees of PT Nusantara Card Universe Kemanggisan. This research was conducted against 50 respondents using the associative approach as this quantitative data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are partial positive and influential organization communication significantly to the performance of the employee. The leadership style of a positive and significant effect on performance of employees simultaneously Communications Organization and the leadership style of influential performance of 64.7% and the remaining 35.3% influenced by other variables not described in this study.
