Abstract
The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 in Indonesia changed people's life patterns, including patterns of learning and teaching activities at all levels of education in Jakarta. One of the schools affected is Kebon Jeruk State Kindergarten 01 which is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. Learning and Teaching activities have also been shifted to Distance Learning (PJJ) by involving parents of students to replace the role of teachers at home during PJJ. This research aims to understand and describe the communication process between teachers, parents and students at Kebon Jeruk State Kindergarten 01 in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this research is How the Communication Process between Teachers, Parents and Students of Kebon Jeruk State Kindergarten 01 in Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Where this research wants to describe and describe the Communication Process between Teachers, Parents and Students of Kebon Jeruk State Kindergarten 01 in Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data collection used was through interviews with one key informant and four informants. The conclusion of this research is that learning during Covid-19 is not easy for teachers, parents and students. There are many obstacles faced, starting from the availability of communication media, interpretation of messages that parents understand from teachers, to students' learning output. Keywords: Covid-19, Distance Learning (PJJ), Communication Process Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 di Indonesia mengubah pola kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk pola Kegiatan Belajar dan Mengajar di seluruh jenjang pendidikan di Jakarta. Salah satu sekolah yang terdampak adalah TK Negeri Kebon Jeruk 01 yang berlokasi di Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan Belajar dan Mengajar pun dialihkan menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dengan melibatkan orang tua peserta didik untuk menggantikan peran guru di rumah saat PJJ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan Menggambarkan Proses Komunikasi antara Guru, Orang Tua dan Peserta Didik Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Kebon Jeruk 01 dalam Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Fokus pada penelitian ini Bagaimana Proses Komunikasi antara Guru, Orang Tua dan Peserta Didik Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Kebon Jeruk 01 dalam Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dimana penelitian ini ingin menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan Proses Komunikasi antara Guru, Orang Tua dan Peserta Didik Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Kebon Jeruk 01 dalam Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19.
