Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between work stress and Turnover Intention. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach research design, the researcher used a non-probability sampling technique with a type of saturated sampling, where the sample determination was all members of the population used as samples. The sample used by researchers in this study were employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang who works in the production operator section has a total of 100 employees and fills out a research questionnaire using the Google form. The instrument used in this research is the job demands-control-support (JDCS) to measure work stress and 3 dimensions of Turnover Intention based on Mobley. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between work stress and Turnover Intention with a correlation coefficient of 0.744. This research is expected to be a reference for further similar research. Keywords: work stress, Turnover Intention, employees Peleitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan Turnover Intention. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif, peneliti menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh, dimana penentuan sampel yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan pada PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang bekerja dibagian operator produksi berjumlah 100 karyawan dan mengisi kuesioner penelitian menggunakan google form. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah the job demands-control-support (JDCS) untuk mengukur stres kerja dan 3 dimensi Turnover Intention berdasarkan dari Mobley. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dan Turnover Intention dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,744. Penelitian ini di harapkan menjadi refrensi untuk penelitian lanjutan yang sejenis. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention, Karyawan
