Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study were 57 employees of PT Sobat Bangun Telco. This research was conducted on 57 respondents using a quantitative approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample techniques. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja , dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan PT Sobat Bangun Telco. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 57 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, kepuasan Kerja, lingkungan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
