Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership, and Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance (Study on Employees of PT.Putra Trasindo Mulya). The population contained in the research was 110 employees. The sample used was 110 people using saturated samples or Non Probabilty Sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Statistical Products and Srevis Solutions. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction, transformational leadership and work family conflict affect employee performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Work Family Concflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan PT.Putra Trasindo Mulya). Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitan adalah 110 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh atau Non Probabilty Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kusioner. Metode analisi data menggunakan Statistical Produck and Srevis Solutions. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan work family conflic berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
