Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the independent variables Job insecurity and workload with the dependent variable Cyberloafing either directly or through work stress. The number of sample training was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 70 permanent employees at PT. Primagraphia Digital Outdor Division (Garment and Printing). Based on this study the analysis used is quantitative analysis using data collection methods through questionnaires. The survey questionnaire in this study was 70 respondents. Structural equation model (SEM) is used as an analysis method and Smart PLS is used as an analysis tool. Based on this research, it is known that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing behavior, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing behavior, Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect and significantly to Cyberloafing behavior, and Job Insecurity and Workload can affect Cyberloafing behavior without any Job Stress. Keywords : job insecurity, workload, work stress, cyberloafing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independent Job insecurity dan Beban kerja dengan variabel dependent Cyberloafing baik secara langsung maupun melalui stres kerja. Penentuan jumlah sempel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 70 orang karyawan tetap pada PT. Primagraphia Digital Divisi Outdor (Garment dan Percetakan). Berdasarkan studi ini analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Survey kuesioner pada penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Structural equation model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, serta Job Insecurity dan Beban Kerja dapat mempengaruhi Perilaku Cyberloafing tanpa adanya Stres Kerja.
