Abstract
This study examines to analyze the influence of Compensation, Internal Communication, and Employee Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were employees at the Tunas Toyota Kebayoran Lama company. The sample used was 32 respondents. The sampling method uses the Quantitative Method. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). This study proves that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and internal communication has a not significant positive effect on employee performance at the Tunas Toyota Kebayoran Lama company. Keywords: Compensation, Internal Communication, and Employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Komunikasi internal, dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan Tunas Toyota Kebayoran Lama. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 32 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan Komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Tunas Toyota Kebayoran Lama. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Komunikasi Internal, dan Kepuasan kerja karyawan.
