Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee engagement at PT. Asian Axles. The population in this study are employees of PT. Axle Asia with a total of 30 employees. Sampling using saturated sampling technique which is the entire number of employees as many as 30 respondents. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of this study prove that the first independent variable, namely compensation, has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The second independent variable, namely job satisfaction, has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The third independent variable, namely work environment, has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap employee engagement di perusahaan PT. Axle Asia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT. Axle Asia sejumlah 30 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang merupakan seluruh jumlah karyawan sebanyak 30 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel independen pertama yaitu kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Variabel independen kedua yaitu kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Variabel independen ketiga yaitu lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
