Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on work discipline on employees of PT. Prosperous Boli. A total of 85 employees of PT. Boli Makmur Sejahtera became respondents in this study using the saturated sample method. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline on employees of PT. Boli Makmur Sejahtera, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of PT. Boli Makmur Sejahtera, and work motivation have a positive but not significant effect on the work discipline of PT. Prosperous Boli. The managerial implications of the findings in this study recommend that PT. Boli Makmur Prosperous superiors give even stricter sanctions to employees, thus employees will feel afraid if they violate the rules that have been set, in addition PT. Boli Makmur Sejahtera is also recommended for companies to maintain all work equipment needed by employees and if possible the company provides more adequate work equipment than before, and finally PT. Boli Makmur Sejahtera is also recommended so that leaders and co-workers should be able to encourage each other so that employees can work even more enthusiastically and with this it is hoped that employees will get even more maximum results.
