Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus dari Latar belakang yang memiliki suatu keinginan untuk mengetahui aktivitas – aktivitas CSR yang dilaksanakan PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura Area Kampung Melayu Barat. Maka dapat diangkat studi kasus mengenai tanggung jawab sosial yang terjadi pada sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini diadakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura Area Kampung Melayu Barat dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan tipe deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses wawancara dan observasi kepada pihak – pihak yang mengetahui tentang program Corporate Social Responsibility. Sedangkan landasan teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Stakholder dan Teori Pembentukan Citra. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura pelaksanaanya sudah sesuai dengan teori yang peneliti jadikan dasar untuk menganalisis aktivitas CSR di perusahaan. Efek dari CSR yang dilakukan mendapat penghargaan yang positif dari masyarakat ataupun mitra. Ventura Family Area Business Partner in West Malay Village. Then the studio can be appointed about social responsibility that occurs in a company. This research was held to discuss the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of PT. Ventura Area Family Business Partners in the West Malay Kampung Area can improve the company's image. The writing of this research uses a qualitative descriptive type through the process of interviewing and observing the parties discussing the Corporate Social Responsibility program. While the theoretical basis used is the Stakholder Theory and Image Formation Theory. Corporate social responsibility of PT. The implementation of the Ventura Family Business Partner is in accordance with the theory that the researchers made the basis for analyzing CSR activities in the company. The effect of CSR carried out received positive appreciation from the community or partners. This of course will further enhance the company's positive image in the eyes of the community / partners.
