Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Competence, Job Training, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Rumah Belajar OFriends.. The population in this study amounted to 48 people. The sample used was 48 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that the competence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Job training, Work discipline, Employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pengajar di Rumah Belajar O-Friends. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Pelatihan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Kinerja Pengajar
