Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and work motivation on job satisfaction. The population in this study were 133 employees of PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. The sample used was 57 employees using the slovin formula. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SmartPLS3. This study proves that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 karyawan PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 57 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS3. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
