Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the working discipline, motivation and leadership styles on employee performance at the Directorate of Cultural Heritage Preservation and Museum Directorate General of Culture, Jakarta .This research was conducted towards the 60 respondents using the design kuasual. Sampling techniques using saturated samples, where all members of the population to use. The analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression and processed with Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) version 21.The results of this research show that partially and simultaneous work Discipline, the variable is positive and significant effect on performance and motivation of employees work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees and leadership style a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This is evidenced from the simultaneous test results (test F) and partial test results (test T) also show significant values of the two variables which support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results from the study States that there exists a simultaneous influence among variables Work Discipline, motivation and leadership styles on performance of employees of the Ministry of education and culture of the Division of cultural heritage. Keywords: Discipline Work, Work Motivation, Leadership Styles, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pelestarian Cagar Budaya dan Permuseuman Ditjen Kebudayaan, Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan desain kuasual. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Divisi Cagar Budaya .
