Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on work stress in influencing Turnover Intention studies on Corporate Sales division PT. Bhinneka Mentari dimensi located on 73C No. 5-6 Gunung Sahari Raya Street, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The subjects in this study were all employees of corporate sales division at PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi. The number of samples used was 122 respondents. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using PLS version 3.0 software. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, and work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention on employees at PT. Bhinneka Mentari dimensi corporate sales division. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja dalam memprngaruhi Turnover Intention karyawan pada divisi Corporate Sales PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi yang berlokasi di Jalan Gunung Sahari Raya 73C No. 5-6 Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi Corporate Sales pada PT. Bhinneka Mentari dimensi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 122 responden. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan software PLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, dan stres keja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pada karyawan di PT. Bhinneka Mentari dimensi divisi Corporate Sales. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention.
