Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction on work productivity. The population used as objects in the study are employees of PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia. The samples used in the study were 110 employees. The study sample for a population of 110 people and the level of confidence. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Data collection methods using research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that Job Satisfaction affects Employee Productivity. Motivation does not affect Employee Productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivsi, kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 110 karyawan. Sampel penelitian untuk populasi 110 orang dan tingkat kepercayaan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja
