Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Influence Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance PT. Aditama Graha Lestari Jakarta. This research uses survey method. To determine the number of samples to be used in this study, the authors use Slovin method. Measurement of responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using 5 levels Likert scale. Results in this study Job satisfaction has an effect on and significant to employee performance at PT. Aditama Graha Lestari Jakarta, Organizational Commitment variable result states that Organizational Commitment variable have an effect and significant to employee performance at PT. Aditama Graha Lestari Jakarta and result of Work Motivation variable stated that work motivation variable influential and significant to employee performance at PT. Aditama Graha Lestari Jakarta.
