Abstract

Intrapersonal communication of religious pilgrimage tours of the Sultanate of Banten to members of the Banten Sultanate Dzuriyat Forum (FDKB) organization became very interesting and phenomenal to discuss the descendants of the Sultan of Banten who are descendants of the Prophet Muhammad, many people in general do not know because of the lack of research, and with the rampant issue of irregularities in This pilgrimage is a challenge behavior in managing the potential of pilgrimage religious tourism in the Sultanate of Banten which must be developed by FDKB and the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of intrapersonal communication of religious pilgrimage tourism of the Sultanate of Banten that occurred to members of FDKB. This phenomenon was investigated with qualitative, phenomenological, constructivist, and symbolic interactionism theories, with data observations and in-depth interviews with informants who were descendants of the Sultanate of Banten in the organization. The results of this study explore the experience of intrapersonal communication of religious pilgrimage tourism of the Sultanate of Banten to members of the FDKB where the pilgrimage forms symbols/meanings of religious tourism traditions to form behavior to remember death, seek blessings and intermediaries in praying, this pilgrimage phenomenon can be used as lessons that have an impact on behavior change and can attract visitors to make pilgrimages. Komunikasi intrapersonal wisata reliigi ziarah Kesultanan Banten pada anggota organisasi Forum Dzuriyat Kesultanan Banten (FDKB) menjadi sangat menarik dan fenomenal untuk diteliti dikarenakan mereka keturunan Sultan Banten yang adalah keturunan Nabi Muhammad, banyak masyarakat pada umumnya tidak familiar dengan mereka dikarenakan minimnya penelitian, dan dengan maraknya isu penyimpangan perilaku dalam ziarah ini menjadi tantangan dalam mengelola potensi wisata religi ziarah Kesultanan Banten yang harus dikembangkan oleh FDKB dan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengalaman komunikasi intrapersonal wisata religi ziarah Kesultanan Banten yang terjadi pada anggota FDKB. Fenomena ini diteliti dengan tipe penelitian kualitatif, metode fenomenologi, paradigma konstruktivis dan teori interaksionisme simbolik, dengan data observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada para narasumber informan yang merupakan keturunan Kesultanan Banten dalam organisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini mengupas tentang pengalaman komunikasi intrapersonal wisata religi ziarah Kesultanan Banten pada anggota FDKB yang mana ziarah tersebut membentuk simbol/makna tradisi wisata religi hingga membentuk perilaku mengingat kematian, mencari berkah dan wasilah perantara dalam berdoa, fenomena ziarah ini dapat dijadikan pelajaran yang memiliki dampak pada perubahan perilaku dan dapat menarik kehadiran wisatawan untuk berziarah.
