Abstract
This research is to know the influence of organizational commitment, compensation, and working environment to the performance of employees of PT. Perkasa Tunggal Mandiri. This study was conducted against 59 respondents using an associative quantitative approach. The analysis of the data used is regression. The results showed that the organizational commitments are positive and significant to the employee's performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, working environment positively and significantly towards employee performance Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkasa Tunggal Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 59 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
