Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment on Work Productivity of PT. Telkom Indonesia. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia This research was conducted on 50 employees using the saturated sample method. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results of this study state that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Work Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment Against Employee Productivity Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Motivasi Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Disiplin Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan
