Abstract

Human resources have long been recognized as an important resource for an organization or company. The population in this study were 100 employees of AJB Bumi Putera 1912. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 70, with 30 instrument tests and 40 respondents' profile data. The method used in this research was quantitative with analysis using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that the Workload has a positive and significant effect on the Productivity of AJB Bumi Putera 1912 Employees. Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on the Productivity of AJB Bumi Putera 1912 Employees. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Productivity of AJB Bumi Putera 1912 Employees. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity Sumber daya manusia telah lama diakui sebagai sumber daya yang penting bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan AJB Bumi Putera 1912 sebanyak 100 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 70, dengan uji instrumen sebanyak 30 dan data profil responden yang diolah adalah 40. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan AJB Bumi Putera 1912. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan AJB Bumi Putera 1912. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan AJB Bumi Putera 1912. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Produktivitas Karyawan
