Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng branch. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng branch. This research was conducted on 97 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that the saturated sample population of transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng branch. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo cabang Cengkareng, Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo cabang Cengkareng. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 97 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi sampel jenuh kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Anugrah Tangkas Transportindo cabang Cengkareng. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
