Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi pada Karyawan di PT. Macoline Indonesia). Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai PT. Macoline Indonesia Jakarta Utara dengan jumlah 54 karyawan dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi This study aims to analyze the Effect of Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Study on Employees of PT. Macoline Indonesia). The research design used by researchers in this study is causal research with a quantitative approach. The measurement in this study uses a Likert scale. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Macoline Indonesia North Jakarta with 54 employees with a sampling method using saturated samples. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative data analysis method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
