Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan dengan sampel 90 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positifnya signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study were employees of the Civil Servants General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry with a sample of 90 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that work motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance.
