Abstract

Performance Improvement in the company is needed to be able to produce good performance. The author wants to know more about what factors can affect employee performance, researches limits to factors of compensation, organizational culture, and leadership. This type of research uses quantitative with the total population of 120 Bank bjb branch BSD employees with the random sampling technique used (Slovin formula) to be 92 employees. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis methods by testing the statistical test hypothesis t. The results found in this study are Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Leadership and have significant and positive effects on Bank bjb branch BSD Employee Performance. That is, the better the compensation, organizational culture, and leadership, the better the employee's performance towards the Bank BSD branch bjb. Keyword : Compensation, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Employees Performance Peningkatan kinerja dalam Perusahaan sangat diperlukan untuk dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Penulis ingin lebih mengetahui faktor apa yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana penulis membatasi fakor kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi karyawan Bank bjb Cabang BSD sebanyak 120 dengan teknik sampel acak yang digunakan (rumus slovin) menjadi berjumlah 92 karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menguji hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil yang ditemukan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank bjb Cabang BSD. Artinya, semakin baik kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan maka semakin baik juga kinerja karyawan terhadap Bank bjb Cabang BSD. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan
