Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work-life balance and emotional intelligence on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is employees at PT. Grafitama Deltakreasi with a sample of 60 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Work-life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap turnover intention dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini karyawan pada PT. Grafitama Deltakreasi dengan sampel 60 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Work-life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Work-life Balance, Kecerdasan Emosional, Turnover Intention, Komitmen Organisasi.
