Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, employee performance, and organizational commitment to organizational performance. This study is a quantitative research with correlation approachment. Data collection techniques using instruments in the form of questionnaires with random sample. The research location is Maybrat regency with a total sample of 292 employees. The data analysis in this research is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style significantly influence the organizational performance of 0146, the organizational culture significantly influence the performance of the organization for 0087. Keywords : Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, and Organizational Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada organisasi pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisioner dengan sampel acak sederhana. Lokasi penelitian di kabupaten Maybrat dengan jumlah sampel 292 pegawai. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
