Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence trust in leader and citizenship behavior to employee satisfaction PT. X. This research was conducted using saturated sampling method this quantitative research type. The criteria for respondents needed are employees at PT. X with an age range of 19 – 60 years. The measuring instrument used is the Trust in leader scale (Robinson, 1996), Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale (Podsakoff, 1990) and the Job Satisfaction scale (Herzberg, 1966). Based on research conducted, it was found that there was a significant influence that led to a positive. It is found that the t value in the trust in leader variable is 10,924 with sig. (p) 0.000 <0.005. So that the trust in leader has a positive influence on job satisfaction. While the t value in the OCB variable is 8,703 with sig. (p) 0.000 <0.005. So that job satisfaction is influenced by OCB. Keywords:Trust in leader, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trust in leader dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sampel jenuh dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Kriteria responden yang diperlukan adalah karyawan PT. X yang berusia 19 – 60 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala trust in leader (Robinson, 1996), skala organizational citizenship behavior (Podsakoff, 1990), dan skala kepuasan kerja (Herzberg, 1966). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan yang mengarah ke positif. Didapat bahwa nilai t pada variabel trust in leader sebesar 10.924 dengan sig. (p) 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga trust in leader memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan nilai t pada variabel OCB sebesar 8,703 dengan sig. (p) 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi OCB. Kata Kunci: Trust in Leader, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja
